Stronger Bookings
1. Role of the Agency
Stronger International S.L., operating under the name Stronger Bookings acts as an intermediary between artists and event organizers. The agency facilitates bookings, negotiations, and communication but is not responsible for the performance itself.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed after written agreement and receipt of any required deposit. Until confirmation, the agency reserves the right to offer the artist to other clients.
3. Payment
The client agrees to pay the agreed performance fee according to the payment terms specified in the booking contract.
Payment conditions, including deposits and remaining balances, are determined and stated in the individual booking agreement between the parties.
Failure to meet the payment terms stated in the contract may result in cancellation of the booking or other actions as defined in the agreement.
4. Cancellation
If the client cancels a confirmed booking, cancellation fees may apply.
5. Event Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue and technical setup for the performance, including sound equipment, power supply, and a safe environment for the artists.
Any technical or hospitality rider provided by the artist forms part of the agreement.
6. Liability
Stronger Bookings cannot be held liable for damages, accidents, or technical issues occurring during the event. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant event environment.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including severe weather, government restrictions, illness, or transportation issues.
8. Promotion
The client may use the artist’s name and promotional materials solely for promoting the event.
9. Website Content Disclaimer
The author reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided on this website.
