Bold is a seminal Westchester County, New York, straight-edge hardcore band, key to the late-1980s youth crew movement. Emerging from Crippled Youth, the band is defined by their energetic, melodic sound, landmark 1988 album Speak Out on Revelation Records, and strong ties to the NYHC scene.
